個人情報の取扱いに関する基本方針

一般社団法人みらいメドテック(以下、みらいメドテック)は、寄付を募り、医療現場の困りごとを医療機器・福祉機器などの開発により解決する医療従事者、企業、団体の取り組みをサポートするために活動しています。みらいメドテックは、活動を通じて知り得た全ての個人情報を、以下の方針に基づき、個人情報保護法をはじめとする関係法令を遵守して、個人の権利利益の保護に努めます。

利用目的
みらいメドテックは、医療機器・福祉機器などの開発により、医療現場の困りごとを解決する医療従事者、企業、団体をサポートするため、できる限り多くの皆様の関心を喚起し、人的、財的資源を最大限に動員するために個人情報を利用いたします。このためみらいメドテックは、以下の事業に係る活動報告やお礼状、領収書等の送付、ご支援のお願い等、活動のために必要な目的において個人情報を利用いたします。

  3. （３）地域の医工連携活動の推進に関わる事業

個人情報の管理
みらいメドテックは、管理する個人情報への不正なアクセスや破壊・改竄・漏洩を防止するための適切な処置を講じます。
個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等
みらいメドテックは、個人情報保護法その他の法令に規定されている理由がある場合を除いて、本人またはその代理人から個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、利用停止等の求めがあった場合は、合理的と判断される範囲で、適切に対応いたします。
個人情報の第三者への開示・提供
みらいメドテックは、以下の場合を除いては、保有する個人情報を第三者に開示・提供することはありません。
